Hilton (NYSE: HLT) will expand its Manchester portfolio with the opening of Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre, following the signing of an agreement with Dean Street Developments Limited.
Located in the city’s iconic Deansgate area, the 22-storey hotel will be Europe’s largest Hampton by Hilton, offering 358 rooms, a fitness area, meeting space and a dining zone. Guests will be steps away from some of Manchester’s best-known attractions, including the Manchester Opera House, Palace Theatre, Royal Exchange, Manchester Museum and Science and Industry Museum.
With Deansgate-Castlefield railway station on the doorstep, the hotel will also provide easy access to Manchester Airport. Opening in early 2026, guests can look forward to Hampton’s signature perks, including free hot breakfast, the famous Hampton Waffle, and Hampton’s 100% Guarantee.
