2027 Openings for Fergus Group in Palma, Mallorca:

FERGUS Group is expanding its footprint in Palma with three new properties set to open in Cala Major in 2027. Following an extensive repositioning project, the upcoming FERGUS Style La Cala, FERGUS Marivent, and tent Costa Palma will each debut with a distinct new identity, aimed at elevating the guest experience through refreshed facilities and enhanced services.

Ideally located to combine beachside leisure with close proximity to Palma’s city centre and the island’s key marinas, the hotels will remain open year-round. They are designed to appeal to a broad spectrum of travellers—from those seeking refined relaxation to those craving flexibility and a deeper connection to the local culture.
