DoubleTree by Hilton London Tower of London, known for its skyline views, rooftop bar Savage Garden, and prime location near attractions like the Tower of London – is rolling out plans for a significant renovation this year. The investment will see the refurbishment and redesign of 200 bedrooms across three floors, making way for new Deluxe and Executive Rooms.
Work began in August, with rooms available to book by mid-September. The full renovation is set to be completed by the end of April 2025.
The renovation project is a collaboration with international designers Upperworth Studios, interior designers Adrian Barboza Design, and project managers Morrison Design Project Management. Together, they aim to create an elegant and modern aesthetic for the hotel, reflecting the beauty of the location.
The new guestrooms will feature a contemporary design with high end finishes and antique bronze hardware in a nod to London’s historic buildings. The warm colour palette evokes the look and feel of London during its cool autumn days, with hues of orange, red and royal blues. Rooms will include dark and light-hued headboards, mixed timber veneer furniture, a vanity area with open display shelving, an open wardrobe, and a mini-bar.
