IHG® Hotels & Resorts has announced the launch of the first Regent Residences in the Middle East through an agreement with Sankari, a premier luxury real estate developer in Dubai.
Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts luxury and lifestyle portfolio, will be situated in Dubai’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and feature 63 upper luxury units as well as ten floating homes. The launch of the property – expected to be completed at the end of 2027 – is propelled by Dubai’s position as a leader in the luxury lifestyle sector.
